This Dat. (Before H. W. Bishop, Esq., E.M. and B. Westenra, Esq.) Duunkennebb. —A first offender (on remaud) for being helplessly drunk in Hanmer Btreet, Linwood, was fined sb, 10a 6d gaol expenses, and la 6d cab hire or in default twenty-four hours' imprisooment. A Dog in thr Pabk.~L. Acland, for whom Mr Beßwick appeared, wbb fined 5b and coßts for allowing a dog to follow him within the limits of Hagley Park on May 13. Unhecubtbeed Doa.—John Henry Newton was fined 10a, and costs 19s, for keeping an unregistered dog.
