BAHDER & SONS' EUCALYPTI EXTBACT - Under the distinguished patronage of His Majesty the King of Italy, as per communication made by the Minißter for Foreign Affairs, through the Consul-Generol for Italy at Melbourne, March l^ 1878. Awarded Diploma at the Amsterdam Exhibition, 1883. Acknowledged by Medical Clinics and Universities all over the globe. There are imitations of Eucalypti Extract in the market, products of simple distillation, forming crude reßinons oils. In order that these crude oils may not be taken for our Pure Volatile Eucalypti Extract, which is recognised by the medical division of the Prussian Government to be. of perfectly pore origin, as gar information forwarded to us through the Coesol at Melbourne, March 2, 1878 we state:— It is proved by tests made by the Medioal Clinics of the Uniformities at Bonn and Greifewald (Prussia), and reported by Dr Shulz, Professor of Pharmacology at Bonn, and Professor Br Mosler. Directors of the Medical Cliaio at Qreifewald, that only produsto that axe aaturated with oxygen and free oC aoids, resinous and other substances, adherent to primary ftifrHlia tion, will devalop the sanative qnalitiea prooer to the plant. All crude oil, or soroalled Eucalypti Extracts aje to be olasßea according to the named authorities among the turpentines w&toh are of insignificant medicinal value, and abandoned long since as an internal medicament. These crude oils,, or so-called Suealypti Extracts, are discernible— 1, By their deficiency in pungent odour {which our product, ttae only genuine Eucalypti Extract, develoya most freo^y through its surplus of oxygan). 2. By their a&oholio, thio, and mobile appear* ance being xednoed in Bpeciflo density through the pxeßeace of aoids. 8. By their taste, the result of the ooafcraotum tendenoy of resins and tanata. If these erwie oils, or so-called Euoalypti Ex. traots, are apylied by mistake in oases of oroup, bronchitis, diphtheria, internal inflammations, dysentery, &0., the eonneguenoeß are most appalling. For safety's Bake ask always for Sander and Bons* Euoalypti Extract.— Sandhurst, Viotoria Australia.— SANDEß & SON?.
