[Per Pbbss Association.] WELLINGTON, Mabch 14. The Liberal Association has pasaed a resolution that every elector should be allowed to vote at licensing elections. Mr Seth Smith, Chief Judge of the Native Land Court, whoia now in England, finds he is obliged to undergo fen operation on his eye. He expects to return in May. The Kailway Department has succeeded, in getting trains through to Masterton, by starting on the other side of Kaiwarra nnd connecting each side of the slip on Eimataka. The Natives on the East Cape have promised to abstain from further interference with surveys. The Uriweraß have [ engaged lawyers and intend to fight out I the difference in Court. . ,
