[Per Pbebs Association.] WELLINGTON, Feb. 27. , The encampment here will probably be placed on the hille near JohnsonvilJe, to prevent the Volunteers flocking into town at night. The Austrian Archduke Francis Ferdinand, who ia on his way to the Colonies, is the eldest nephew of the Emperor of Austria, and is in his thirtieth, year. He is accompanied by Archduke Leopold > Ferdinand, the eldest eon of Ferdinand IV., ex Grand Duke o£ Tuscany, who is serving as a lieutenant on board the man-of-war conveying the imperial party. The Archduke's suite |is composed of Major- | General Warmbrand Stappaoh, Head Chamberlain ; Franz Stockinger, Imperial ; and Boyal Consul General ; a Secretary o£ | Legation, and two Chamberlains-in-Waiting. The ship is not due at Wellington till April 25, and, according to tne official programme, will stay four days. In the action, Witihana Eupuha and others v. Sir W. Buller, claim for compensation and restitution for land bought by Sir W. Bailer when, as plaintiffs allege, he I was acting as their solicitor, judgment was given for Sir Walter Bailer, with costs on i the highest scale.
