Merivale Meadow Party.— The Merivale parishioners, in conjunction with all the workers at the Meadow party on Feb. 8, will be pleased to learn that at the first meeting held since of the Managing Committee, it was found that a substantial amount remained after paying* all er-* penses. It was unanimously resolved to thank by letter Mr Peter Cunningham, who had generously placed one of his meadows at the disposal of the parish; alao the lady stall-holders and their assistants, aud, for valued help during the evening, the Merivale and Fendalton Dramatic Clubs; Madame Delamare, Mr Seager, Mr Maude, MiBS Bilton and Mr Towcaend.
