The Home Eule Bill was disonssed at a meeting of the Auckland branch of the Irish National Federation to-night, and a motion, proposed by the Chairman, Mr Jas. Tole, and seconded by Mr W. J. Speight, approving of the measure, and hoping that the principle of self-govern-ment for Ireland, as proposed by the Bill, would receive the assent of Parliament, and commend itself to all sections of the ' Irish people, was agreed to. The resolution ■ is to be sent by cablegram to Mr Gladstone •■' to-morrow^
