Gapes Valley School Committee.— On Monday evening the members of this Committee held tbeir usual monthly meeting, Mr Aymes (Chairman) presiding* The report of the Inspector having been read, commendatory remarks were made on the teacher, Miss Ozby, the percentage of passes being 66 and of failures nil. The Committee voted for Messrs Moore, White and Howell for eleotion on the Education Board. It was resolved to hold a concert and danea during next month in aid of the prize fond.
