Council of Rechabites.

[Pan Pbbss AssociatiokJ NEW PLYMOUTH, Feb. 16. The Council of the Becbabites met again this morning, when it was decided to appoint official visitors to visit the tents in each, district at least once a year to examine books, &c. The districts are as follow .— 1 Wellington, 2 Wairarapa and Palmereton North to New Plymouth, 3 Woodville, Napier and Gisborne, 4 Nelson, Takaka and Marlborongh, 5 Christchurch, Dunedin and Invercargill. Such official visitors will be under the direct control of the Executive. The delegates will be entertained at a soirfo this evening.
