j Mondat, Nov. 28. (Before H. S. Wardell, Esq., R.M. and I J. L. Wilson, Esq.) Maintenance.— Judgment was given in the affiiliation case of E. Smith v. J.. Mahin, heard at Amberley on last Court day. Mr Creaswell, who appeared for defendant, had argued that aa no claim had been made within six months, theplaintiff had no case. His Worship said that, after having looked through the authorities, he must come to the same conclusion and grant a nonsuit. Plaintiff-" could, however, now make a claim, and institute proceedings de novo.
