H. Walter (Chairman), and Messrs Bradshaw, Goodman, Hawken, Langeand Mattereon. The meeting waa called to select a mistress for theßchool. Seventeen candidates were recommended by the Education Board. After the testimonials had been read, considerable discussion took place, and it was finally resolved that Miss Edith Eyan should be appointed subject to the approval of the Boarii. It waß decided that the. distribution of prizes should take place on Taesday, Nov. 29.
