Railway Extension.

[Pee Press Association;! WELLINGTON, Feb. 11. The Minister for Public Works this morning met representatives of the City Council and Harbour Board in reference to the extension of the railway to Te Arc Matters were arranged satisfactorily, and the Minister bas given instructions for the lowest tender to be accepted.
