Railway Extension.
[Pee Press Association;! WELLINGTON, Feb. 11. The Minister for Public Works this morning met representatives of the City Council and Harbour Board in reference to the extension of the railway to Te Arc Matters were arranged satisfactorily, and the Minister bas given instructions for the lowest tender to be accepted. The work will proceed without delay. The lowest tender for the Te Aro rail- , way exteneion is that of Cronin and ) M'Grath, the amount being £5553.
