Hamilton, Tasmania, and definitely declined by that officer, who hopes, it ia said, to go into Parliament at the general election. He would get, of 1 courße, almost any Beat in Ireland after hia ■ conduct at the Castle, where he took up Home Eule, after his appointment as successor to Mr Bourke, who was murdered in the Phoenix Park. The new arrangements for the new 3 Liberal paper, I hear, are progressing fast, 7 and a prospectus will be out in a few days.
