[Peb Prkbr Association.! WELLINGTON, Feb. 4. The Chief Jußtice and Mr Justice Richmond to-day refused a writ of certiorari in the Wanganui licensing cases. They belrt that tbe fact that the teetotal memtiers had announced before the election that they intended to refuse certain licenses did not invalidate their position.
