* PABIS, Jan. 9. Le Figaro asserts that England ancf Morocco are parleying in connection with the recent revolt. The Echo de Paris says that orders have been issued to send French ironclads to Morocco. LONDON, Jan. 9. Lord Eandolph Churchill has returned from the Transvaal, which he asserts is Africa's greatest possession. He has a high opinion of the loyalty of the Dutch in Cajie Colony, but professes a dislike to the Transvaal. Boers.
