A Coach Road Wanted.
[Fun Pbrbb Association.! NEW PLYMOUTH, Oct. 15. A large meeting, convened by the Mayor, was held last evening respecting the connecting of Auckland and Taranaki by roadß. A resolution was passed to urge on the Government the necessity of immediately constructing a good coach road from Stratford vid the Eaßt road by a lino already surveyed to the oentral railway route, and that a branch road should be similarly constructed by the Mimi North, road until they intersect the central route. A Committee was appointed to carry out the resolution.
