♦■ The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited, has received the following cable message, dated LONDON, July 3. Tallow. — There is little demand. Fine mutton tallow is worth 26s 9d, and good beef 25s per cwt. Hemp. — There is more inquiry. Medium is worth .£2l 10s per ton. Pro/en Meat.— Market unchanged. For New Zealand beef, forequarters, there is little demand. For hindquarters there is a rather better demand.
