Justifiable Provocation.

The word Waterbuet (the name of the city in the U.S.A. where these celebrated watches are manufactured) has become a synonym throughout these Colonies, as elsewhere, for all that is exact and trustworthy as regards pocket timepieces. Mr Geobge Aly.wyn, Gurley Station, Narrabri, August 22, 1890, writes :— " I have carried one of the old series of Waterbury Watches for over two years, doing a good deal of riding, and have found it give entire satisfaction, and it has never yet required repair. I have now been using one of the 'J ' series for the last year, and find it equal to the best watch I ever had."
