LYTTELTON.
This Day. (Before H. AUwright, Esq.) Dbunkenness, &c. — Albert Anderson, Charles Hansen and Julius Anderson were charged with beink drunk and committing a beach of the peace. Sergeant O'Malley said the accused and others created a disturbance in London street late on Thursday night. The men belonged to the ship Hinemoa, and were all more or less drunk. Constable Breen gave similar evidence, and the accused were each fined 10s, or in default forty-eight hours on the charge of committing a breach of the peace. Disobeying Lawful Commands.— William Jones, a fireman belonging to the R.M.S.S. Kaikoura, pleaded " Guilty "to a charge of disobeying the lawful commands of his officers. The chief engineer said the man had left the ship without leave. Accused was remanded for eight days.
