The Bank rate of discount is at 4 per cent. Silver, 3a B|d. No. 1 best Scotch pig iron, f.o.b. in Clyde, fell to 533, but the market has recovered, and the quotation is 555. The visible supply of wheat in America is estimated at 28,000,000 bushels.
