ARRIVED. June 4 — Kiwi, b.s., 133 tons, Campbell, from Wellington and Kaikoura. Kinsey and Co., agents. June 4 — Rotomahana, g.b., 861 tone, Kennedy, from Melbourne and southern ports. Union Steamship Company, agents. Passengers — Misses Batler, Mills (2), Sermistie, and Hawton, Mrs Urwin and family, Messrs De Vernet, Stewart, Eoohe, Brown, Baigent, Doran, Murray, and eight -steerage. CLEARED. June 4— Zior, schooner, 63 tons, Jensen, for Nelson. Cuff and Graham, agents. SAILED. June 4— Croydon Lass, schooner, 51 'tons, Moore, for Waitapn. Master, agent. June 4 — Clio, schooner, 81 tons, Burns, lor Waitapu. Cuff and Graham, agents. The latest addition to the fleet of Orient liners is the Ophir, launched on April 11. As might be expected, all the latest improvements are introduced, including hydraulic cargo and steering gear, electric lighting, &c. She has triple expansion engines capable of driving her at eighteen fcnots per hour. The Ophir is a vessel of 6700 tons.
