[Pbb Pbbßs Association.] NEW PLYMOUTH, April 1. The pumping plant to be employed in floating the Wanaka has arrived, and is expected to get to work to-morrow. The wind is southerly and the weather favourable. The Wanaka is in the same position ; she is upright at high tide, and looks as if she was afloat. It is expected that Bhe will be afloat by Thursday, and taken to the breakwater. The official inquiry is to be held in New Plymouth. "
