In the Hutt tragedy case, which resulted in the death of a young lad named Smith, the Grand Jury threw ont the bill of murder against the Chinaman Young Bin, and in the case of Sam Coy and Tom Hung reduced the charge from murder to manslaughter. Henry Jones and John M'Guire, burglary, and John Tustin, larceny, were convicted and remanded for sentence. Emanuel Silver, larceny, twelve months; Henry _err, larceny, acquittek.
