Railway Commissioners.
TO THB BDITOB. Sib, — During the last few days it has puzzled me very much to know how it ia the Commissioners have shown such unwarrantable partiality in the present trouble, instead of standing neutral as they professed to do. Have not the Grey Valley Company or Union Steamship Company contracted to supply the railways with coal ? Have we heard of any penalty for non-compliance ? Can it be possible any of the Commissioners, their Bisters, their coußina, or their aunts, have any interest in theße Companies, or would it throw any light on the question by publishing the Bhare list ? — I am, &c, W. 9.
