This Dat. (Before H. Allwright nnd J. G. Fyfe, Esq.) Drunkenness. — Patrick Rooney was charged with being drunk and with committing an indecent act. He was sent to gaol for forty - eight hours. — William Abbott was charged with being helplessly drunk at Ainberloy. He had been remanded for medical treatment, and was ordered to pay Sis cost of maintenance.
