TELE WHARF LABOURERS.
SYDNEY, June 22. In the course of an interview tho President of the Wharf Labourers' Union, in referring to the dispute with the Employers' Union, stated that the suggestion contained in the manifesto lately issued by the latter body, that the men should sign an agreement for twelve months, was directly contrary to the feelings of the members, and was regarded as an injury to Trade Unionism. He accused the shipowners of taking undue advantage of the friction between the Seamen's and Labourers' Unions, and trying to create disbension between the two bodies. The labourers, however, intended to adhere to their new rules, and would fight the matter out to the bittor end.
