When that is delivered they are to wait again for the reconstruction of the Ministerialist Party, and perhaps this reconstruction may mean a new Government. Then the Opposition will have to wait again to see what the new Government will do. The new Government might adopt the whole of the proposals in the Financial Statement or only part thereof. Altogether, the Opposition feel that it may be played with, ; and would like to know who its opponents really are, and what their policy is likely to bo.
