Thk Pbicb o- Meat.— A meeting of the master butchers was held at the Al Hotel last night. About twenty wero preeent, Mr H. B. Lane in the chair. Ifc W as resolved—" That on account of the high prices how given for fat stock, the price of meat be raised." The meeting adjourned to 8 p.m. on Monday next for the purpose of confirming the motion, and fixing the scale of prices.
