[Feu Puses Association.] AUCKLAND, Nov. 28. The University College Council have received a request from the Farmers' Club, Cambridge, tnat Professor Thomas should deliver a course of lectures there on tho subject of agricultural science. Some members considered that an important question was opened up, as to whether the Council shou'd establish lecture courses outside the College. Ultimately it was decided to raise uo objection to the course it it did not interfere with Professor Thomas' duties. The College and Council further agreed to place lecture appliances at his disposal. i
