— -» This Board met on Thursday, Sept. 19 ; present— Messrs J. H. Baker (Chairman), A. C. Wilson, D. M'Millan and W. Kitson. The following business was* done: — Be■erve 206, month of river Selwyn, was sold, under Bection 95, of the Land Act, to Mr John Coe, for cash. Section 36994, in the Spaxton district, was sold on deferred payment to Christopher Grieve. The Board decided, tinder Section 169 of the Land Act, to recommend that the following runs not sold in May and June last should be offered by auction about the middle of November :— Buns 87, 88, and 89, respectively Benohau, Ehoboro, and Glentanner, at Timaru, at a reduced upset price j also, at Chriatchuroh' Bon 100 (Blackford),Btral49 (Woodstock), and Bun, 127 (Manuka Point), also at reduced rentals.
