The St Leger was run at the Doncaster September Meeting to-day, and resulted ae follows:— ST LEGER STAKES, of 25 sova each, for three-year-olds; colts 9st, fillies Bst 111b; the owner ot the second horse to receive 200 eovs, and the third 100 bovs out of the stake. Old St La*er course (abont one mile six furlongs and 132 yards). T/wo hundred and four enb-. Duke f Portland's b o Donovan, by Galopin — Mowerim „, ... ... ... 1 Mr J. Gretton's br o Miguel, by Fernandez — Cream Cheese ... 2 Lord Bradford's b c Davenport, by Chippendale —Hemlock „ ... 3 Donovan's previous winnings amounted to .£39,762 15s, and the St Leger Stakes will bring the total up to .£44,562 15s. [Eeoeived Sept. 12, at 12.50p.m.] SYDNEY, Sept. 12. Sedition has been scratched for the Hawkesbury Handicap.
