Holders of New South Wales stock express surprise at the announcement of the new loan, which they consider a breaoh of the pledge given ia Hay, and a repetition of the -violation of Ex - Treasurer Burns' pledge not to go to the market again at an early date. The Dew South Wales loan ig quated at a premium of 4 par cent.
