BERLIN, Jims 19. The Czar will meet the Emperor of Germany at Kiel, instead of at Berlin as was at first intended. PARIS, JZVE 19. Admiral Krantz intimated in the Chamber of Deputies that the Government had amended their naval proposals, and would ask for a credit of between fifty and sixty million francs. BERLIN, Jtox 19. The physicians have ordered the Emperor William to take complete rest, and he will start on a fishing excursion to Norway on June 30. VIENNA, Juke 19. The Austrian Government intends to ask for extra military credit to the extent of nine million florins.
