DUNEDIN, June 20. The hearing of the charge against Constable 'Willis has been adjourned for a week, to enable Sir R. Stout to appear for defendant, hit Stanford appeared to advise Commuaioner Weldon and represent Inspector Mallard, but the Magistrate declined, refusing to recognise more than two parties. Up to date, £2258 has been collected for tt« Wom«k'B Ward tod Nuxees' Home.
