Village Settlements. — At the Crown Lands Office yesterday nine been small farms, situated in the Counties of Selwyn, Ashley, and Geraldirie, Borne two hundred and sixty-seven acres in all were selected. The cash price per acre ranged from £1 to JJIO j the deferred-payment price per acre ranged from 25s to i 512 10s ; and the pastoral lease wat. given was from 2a to 2U per acre.
