MDONALD v. BANK OF NEW SOUTH WALES.
GISBORNE, April 10. The Court resumed this morning. Mr Brassey, for the. plaintiff in the case M'Donald v. the Bank of New South Wales, claiming .£60,000 damages, stated that a satisfactory arrangement had been made, and that he would consent to judgment being entered up for the defendant with costs. In the case Bank v. M'Donald, claim .£30,715, Mr Braesey consented to judgment for the Bank for the full amount with costs.
