Campbell was fined 10s, or in default, forty-eight hours' imprisonment for this offence.— A first offender was fined sa.—- Andrew Briggs was fined 10s, and E. Riley was fined ss, for causing a disturbance in London street early on .Sunday morning, while a similar ohaTge against G. Marshal waa dismissed. — James Matthews was charged with being drunk and with using threatening language towards his wife, Mary Matthews. He admitted the offence, and was bound over to keep the peace for twelve months, himself in .£25 and two sureties in»a like sum.
