This Dat. (Before B. Beetham, Esq., E.M.) Civil Cases. — Holland and Tapley v. Pender, claim £2 2s 3d, for goods supplied. Judgment by default. — Chynoweth and Buckley v. Mrs Dnrham, claim for £o 10s wages earned by erecting a wall between plaintiff's and Mrs M'Cormack's land in Canterbury street. Mr Nalder for plaintiff, Mr Hoban for defendant. After hearing the evidence, judgment was given for plaintiff with costs.
