A man named Szimits has been sentenced to death in iA.us'tro-'Hungary for a peculiarly cold-blodded murder. Szimits decdyed a bank messenger into his loci gings, strangled him till he was unconscious, and then killed him with a pocket-knife. Haying covered the corpse with charcoal, he packed it in a portmanteau, and lived six week's in the room beside it. The beft -medicine known is Sander and Sons Eucalypti Extract. The offensive foster disappeared very soon, the fever abated within a few days, and the patient recovered after the lapse of several weeks.
