The inolemenoy of tho weathor duriug the pasfc week bas greatly interrupted thu worting of perishable cargo. The barque Abbey Holme, and the sbip Weßtland, would probably both have been full ships ere this but for the raiu, whilo consignees by the Amorican barque J. D. If the weatheßimproves, to-morrow afternoon should see both the Westland and Abbey Holme re .dy for sea. By tho departure of these two vessels we are left with only one sailing ship on the berth to load for the United Kingdom, and with the exception of the Selene, which has beeu chartered to come on from Wellington to load on account of the New Zealand Bhipping Company, no other vessels hav£ afc present been chartered. The ship Opawa, now due from Loudon, will be placed on the loading berth after getting ont her inward freight.
