The stonewalling fiasco is still proceeding, and at the time of writing (11 a.m.) there is every prospect of its continuing till to-morrow morning. Sydney Taiwhsnga, who started on the Quixotic errand of defying Government, with a majority at their back, has since found a trusty squire in the person of Mr Taipua, and two admiring followers in Mr R. Reeves and Mr Taylor, who have espoused his cause.
