The balance-sheet showed a credit halance on profit and loss account of £76 14s. The report states that during the year the Club had disbursed .£7320 in stakes, but there had been a considerable falling oft . in the net profits owing to bad times. MessrsMitchelson,Phileon,Dickey,Morrin, Russell," and Major Walmsley were reelected members of the Committee. At a special meeting of the Club the Metropolitan code of rules was adopted. Meesrs Jonas, Gninnes3, Gunn, and Smith were re-elected members of the Committer, Mr E. T. "Rhodes Chairman a-nd President, Mr T. Teschemaker Vice-President, and Mr J. A. Gracie Treasurer.
