HOBABT, Mat 15. The R.M.S. Tongariro arrived at two o'clock this morning, from Plymouth, and sails again at ten oMock. She brought 30 passengers for Australia and Tasmania, and 274 for New Zealand. The Tongariro made the fast passage of seventeen days fourteen hours from the Cape.
