Resignation of the French Ministry.
PARIS, Not. 19. The French Ministry resigned owing to the Chamber of Deputies refusing to adjourn the debate, upou a motion tabled by the Left, reflecting upon the domestic policy of the Government. President G-re'vy summoned M. de Freycinet to confer with him on the situation. French journals generally are uniting in urging the President to resign, but M. Grevy declared his intention of retaining office for the full term of the Presidentship, believing it to be unconstitutional for a President to yield to the pressure of Parliament.
