A WOMAN DOCTOB. DUNEDIN, Oct. 26. A child, three years old, the daughter of M?s Stapleton, died to-day from injuries received by falling into a tub of hot water which the mother had put down to attend to a knock at the door. At the Supreme Court to-day an application was made for a new trial in the case of Kennedy v. Mrs Jones.
