[Per Pbess Association.] DUNEDTNj Oct. 27. In fining Joshua Eccle3, a publican, £3 for Sunday trading, Mr Carewniade strong remarks on the amount of perjury committed in these cases. Denying the offence was a great deal worse than the offence itself. Ib was painful to sit and hear such perjury.
