A Scandal.
PABIS, Ocr. 11. The scandal which has arisen here inconsequence of the arrest of General Caffarel, Assistant Secretary to the War Office, on a charge of selling military decorations, is daily growing, owing to fresh arrests being made, showing the existence of great corruption amongst tho 'officials holding a high position in the War Office.
