HORSE PARADE.
THIS DAY. Committee of Management : Messrs W. Bong, W. Henderson, A. W. Money, and G. King. ' The annual parade of studhorses, held under the auspices of the Canterbury Agricultural and Pastoral Association took place to-day, at the Old Show Grounds, Sydenham. Great interest was taken in the exhibition by horse-breeders, and there wa3 more than the usual sprinkling of the general public. The recently imported horses were the subject of much criticism — generally, it is satisfactory to cay, of a favourable n&tuve, Tho following took part in the parade :— Ponies. Mr W. H.
