Sir Vincent Barringto'n, the accr 9dited ( representative of the British Royal Commission of the Melbourne Exhibition," has arrived at Marseilles on the way to Barcelona, where he will endeavour to induce the Spanish, authorities to participate in the Exhibition. He expresses satisfaction with the progress made towards that end in Italy, and states that the Italian frigate Pragate will probably convey exhibits from that country to Melbourne. .
