Papal Denunciation.
Tho Chronicle states that Monsignor Persico; Papal envoy to Ireland, has denounced' lrish priests for complicity in rebellion agaiast British mle, and for their murderous and violent language in incitiug people to revolt. Sir P. Jennings. Sir P. Jennings is touring in Scotland, and is at present the guost of Lord Aberdeen. Waiting for Revenge. General Brerat, Commandant o£' the Toulouse Army Corps, referring to the recent mobilisation experinaont, declared that he was proud of belonging to an army which was ready and waiting for revenge. '

A Serious Dispute. A quarrel has been proceeding between Chief Justice Onslow aud the Governor, Sir Napier Broomo, which was brought to a climax to-day by the interdiction of the Chief Justice, in consequence of his having communicated to the Press, a copy of an official documents relating to the dispute.
