Metualf, and G. Morgan, through passengers from San Franoisco. Wauaka, for the south, with tho San Franoisco muil; passengers -Mr and Mra • H. Kohn, Mr and Mrs Qoodaoro, and four steerage. Wellington, July 23. The China Navigation ■ Company's steamer Woosung arrived from'Foo Chow yesterdAy afternoon, after a passage of twenty.three days. Had One weather till July 18, when she expsciouced a heav> southerly gale, with a high crosa sea. No damage was done. She brings 1850 tons tea and 600 toua general cargo, principally sugar and li'.e. A i ortion of the cargo is tor Nauier. Nelson, Auckland, Qroyinouth, Ljttelton. and Dunedin. Arrived— O. P. Oisen, brig, Captain Jeoobaen, 120 days from New York.
